FAQs

When will I receive my photos?

You will receive your photos within four weeks of the photo session, but usually sooner if my schedule is not too busy.

How will I receive my photos?

You will receive a sneak peek via Pic-Time, which will stay available for you to share with family and friends. All photos will be delivered to you via WeTransfer.

Can I select my own photos, or can I see all of the photos?

You will receive a curated set of (edited) photos from the photo session from which you can select a number of photos. It is not possible to view the RAW photo files, but I hope you trust my skill to cull the poor images and select the best ones for you.

Can I edit my photos?

No, the photos are protected by Intellectual Property Rights. Please reach out to me if you wish to edit your photos.

Can I share my photos online?

Yes, absolutely! I love seeing my clients share their photos online. I only ask that you credit me as the photographer by tagging my social media handle or providing a link to my website when sharing images publicly.

How far in advance should I book a session?

For most sessions, I recommend booking at least 1-2 months in advance. For weddings and large events I recommend booking at least 6 months in advance. However, I can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, depending on availability.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes! I am available for travel and destination shoots. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and distance from my home base. Please contact me for more information on travel rates. I kindly ask you to book travel and destination shoots at least 6 months in advance.

What should I wear for the photo session?

I recommend wearing outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. Solid colors and minimal patterns tend to work best for most types of shoots. If you're unsure, I can provide more specific style advice depending on the type of session.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, I require a non-refundable deposit (50% of the total fee) to secure your date and time. This ensures that I hold the booking exclusively for you. The remaining balance is typically due on or before the day of the shoot.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may forfeit the deposit, but I will work with you to reschedule the session when possible.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor shoot?

In case of inclement weather, we can either reschedule the session or move to an indoor location, depending on your preference. I’ll monitor the weather and work with you to find the best solution.
