What can you expect?
A first chat to talk about your running goals, current fitness, and preferred running schedule.
A personalised running schedule via TrainingPeaks (subscription to TP is included) which will automatically send the training to your running watch.
Bi-weekly catch-up via WhatsApp (optional!) and constant availability of your coach.
Training can be adapted to your current needs (i.e., lighter training on busy days or holidays).
Currently available for: Couch-to-5k or 5k tot 10k.

Who am I?
I'm Nausikaä, a passionate (marathon) runner and maybe your new running coach! About four years ago, I started my first marathon training to tick off the first item on my bucket list. But after that first marathon, I caught the running bug. In 2023, after completing my third marathon, I wanted to inspire others to run as well. So, I took a course with Sport Vlaanderen to become a certified Initiator Running, which I successfully completed in May 2024.
